Living Labels
Living Labels places visitors' emotions and personal voices alongside curatorial interpretation. A connected system of physical emotion responses, gesture-based exploration and mobile submissions turns viewing an artwork into an opportunity to respond, listen and exchange perspectives.

PathMuse
PathMuse reimagines a visit to the British Museum through a "Cultural Shopping Cart". Visitors choose exhibits, follow personalised routes supported by physical wayfinding touchpoints, and finish with a "Journey Receipt" that records their experience.

The Silence of White
Visitors place coloured ice on a white canvas and watch it melt, spread and leave traces over time. Four AR postcards connect this changing installation to the ecological story of a coral reef moving from abundance towards bleaching.

Selected Applied Work

Realised exhibition · Team project
Peak to Peak
Flora and fauna motifs from paintings by Yun Nantian and Qi Baishi are reinterpreted through AI-assisted digital visuals in the "Species Archive". A layered stamp activity and public workshops extend the exhibition into hands-on experiences for visitors.

RingBeats
RingBeats reimagines everyday stress noises as material for music creation. A wearable "Sound Ring" made from a beer bottle cap connects a web-based remix concept with community sharing and the festival experience, inviting audiences to take part in making music.
View projectAbout
My background spans artistic practice, cultural exhibitions and user experience design. I focus on understanding user needs and organising information, as well as bringing interactive concepts into working prototypes and physical spaces.
I completed a BA in Mobile Media Art at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, followed by a joint China–UK dual-master's programme in Cross-Media Art at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and User Experience Design at the University for the Creative Arts.
Through museum wayfinding and visitor participation projects, I have conducted interviews and field observations, contributed to experience planning, and independently designed and built digital and physical interaction prototypes, refining key flows through testing.
I have also been closely involved in large-scale exhibitions and immersive experiences, including digital content production, interaction design, customised physical elements, and on-site installation and calibration. My experience also includes presentations in English and collaboration within multicultural teams.
